Rubis Rubis arrived at the shelter following a report of mistreatment. She is a very affectionate and energetic dog. She will need regular physical and mental exercise. Rubis grew up at the shelter, so she will need a patient owner and a stable living environment. With her complicated past, she will need time to learn the rules of living in a home. We recommend that you see an educator. Rubis gets along with other dogs and cats.
