Temperament: Selene is an inquisitive and young kitten. She has a friendly temperament towards other cats, but is still not fully convinced about people. She is not aggressive - she interacts through shared play (she loves chasing the fishing rod) and observation. She often seeks eye contact - then she slowly blinks at the person she likes (sending a so-called cat kiss). By remaining calm in the presence of Selene, trust is gained. The kitten can then approach and sniff the person who is relaxed. She is also willing to accept gifts in the form of cat treats (such as cookies or tasty pastes). In such situations, you can try to pet her, but you cannot force it on her. Selene needs a home where her individual character is respected. Her potential owner should show calmness and patience during the kitten's socialization.

Usposobienie: Selene jest ciekawską i młodą kotką. Posiada przyjazne usposobienie względem innych kotów, lecz wciąż nie jest w pełni przekonana do ludzi. Ne jest agresywna – wchodzi w interakcję poprzez wspólną zabawę (uwielbia gonitwy za wędką) oraz obserwację. Często szuka kontaktu wzrokowego – wówczas powoli mruga do osoby, którą darzy sympatią (przesyła tzw. koci pocałunek). Zachowując w obecności Selene spokój, wzbudza się jej zaufanie. Kotka wówczas potrafi podejść i obwąchać człowieka, który siedzi zrelaksowany. Jest również chętna na przyjmowanie podarunków w postaci kocich smaczków (np. ciasteczek czy smakowych past). W takich sytuacjach można podjąć próbę jej pogłaskania, lecz nie można tego na niej wymuszać. Selene potrzebuje domu, w którym zostanie uszanowany jej indywidualny charakter. Jej potencjalny właściciel powinien wykazywać się spokojem i cierpliwością podczas socjalizacji kotki.
