Super Shelly is a fabulous Collie with so much personality. She loves to play with her toys and will entertain herself all day long with her balls and squeaky stuffies. She’s an active girl who is always up for a fun adventure! Shelly is currently learning the basics but will need committed adopters to continue this in the home. She will make a fabulous addition and make her new family very happy! Shelly is a friendly and affectionate girl but will need sensible and respectful adopters who are able read her body language and recognise when she needs space. She would not be suitable for open plan living and needs to be the only pet in the home as she has shown guarding behaviours around toys and food at the centre. She can have doggy walking friends when out and about. Shelly could also have visitors to the home once settled but visiting children would need to be older secondary school aged and able to respect her space. Shelly needs a secure, private garden so that she can safely burn off some of her abundant energy off-lead. She is looking for active family who are looking for an intelligent and energetic dog who enjoys using her brain and keeping busy!
