Found last Friday an adult pointer (pure breed) in the area of Vlyte, limping and searching for a little bit of food in garbage cans. She was scared and beaten in various parts of her body. We took care of her, and with joy we noticed that she is a lovable and cherished creature. Her wounds (at least the external ones) have closed, and she shows signs of wanting to live. She has an appetite for food and the disposition to play with cats and dogs. She loves to run non-stop and constantly clean our sheds. We assume that the hunter who had abandoned her did so because she is no longer fit for hunting. However, she is very good for companionship; all she needs is a space where she can be free and run. She is one of the most charming dogs we have seen!

Βρέθηκε την περασμένη Παρασκευή ενήλικη σκυλίτσα (γνήσιο pointer) στην περιοχή του Βλητέ αποσκελετωμένη να αναζητά λίγο φαί σε σκουπίδια. Ήταν φοβισμένη και χτυπημένη σε διάφορα μέρη του σώματος. Τη φροντίσαμε και με χαρά διαπιστώσαμε ότι είναι ένα φιλικότατο και αξιαγάπητο πλάσμα. Οι πληγές της έκλεισαν (τουλάχιστον οι εξωτερικές) και δείχνει να έχει όρεξη να ζήσει. Έχει όρεξη για φαγητό και διάθεση να παίζει με γάτες και σκύλους. Της αρέσει να τρέχει ασταμάτητα και αποζητά συνεχώς τα χάδια μας. Υποθέτουμε ότι ο κυνηγός που την είχε την εγκατέλειψε γιατί δεν κάνει πια για κυνήγι. Όμως είναι πολύ καλή για συντροφιά αρκεί να υπάρχει χώρος που να μπορεί να είναι ελεύθερη και να τρέχει.
