Tux er en smuk ung kraban, som netop er blevet et år gammel, og han er fuld af liv! Han er utrolig legesyg og ville elske et hjem, hvor han har en anden ung, legesyg kat at llege med. Han kunne også blive omplaceret sammen med en af sine venner her på Farplace. Tux kan være lidt vild og tumlende, når han bliver begejstret, så han har brug for en kat som makker, der er selvsikker og robust nok til at følge med i hans kvababbelser. Han er ikke ligefrem kendt for at være rolig! Han er også meget snakkesalig og har en hel del at sige for sig selv. Han er desuden meget madglad, så du bør måske holde øje med din middag. Han er helt klart den slags kat, der med glæde ville stjæle chipsene lige ud af munden på dig, hvis han fik chancen! Under al den energi er Tux en meget sød og kærlig dreng, der leder efter et hjem, hvor han kan få masser af selskab, leg og opmærksomhed. Tux får i øjeblikket B12-injektioner, og det kan være noget, han skal fortsætte med i fremtiden, selvom der også er mulighed for, at disse kan stoppes inden længe. Vi vil holde hans nye familie fuldt informeret om hans løbende behandling. Tux har brug for et hjem, hvor han kun er inde. Et sikkert catio eller en sikret have ville være en dejlig bonus, men det er ikke nødvendigt. Som alle vores katte vil Tux forlade Farplace kastreret, mikrochippet og vaccineret, med sin lopper- og ormekur opdateret og efter et fuldt helbredstjek. Vi vil også give dig en fuld kopi af hans veterinærjournal, som du kan gemme til dine egne optegnelser, når han flytter til sit nye hjem. Vi er glade for at overveje hjem op til cirka to timers kørsel fra redningsstationen. Længere væk end dette kan gøre det vanskeligt for os at yde den støtte, vi finder vigtig efter adoptionen. Tux is a gorgeous young boy who has just turned one, and he is full of beans! He’s incredibly playful and would love a home where he has another young, playful cat to keep him company. He could also be rehomed with one of his friends here at Farplace. Tux can be a little bit rough and tumble when he gets excited, so he’ll need a cat companion who is confident and resilient enough to keep up with his antics. He’s not exactly known for taking things quietly! He is also extremely chatty and has plenty to say for himself. He’s very food-orientated too, so you might want to keep an eye on your dinner. He is absolutely the sort of cat who would happily steal the chips straight out of your mouth if given half a chance! Underneath all that energy, Tux is a very sweet and affectionate boy who is looking for a home where he can have plenty of company, playtime and attention. Tux is currently having B12 injections, which may be something he needs to continue with in the future, although there is also the possibility that these can be stopped in the near future. We’ll keep his new family fully informed about his ongoing care. Tux needs an indoor-only home. A secure catio or secure garden would be a lovely bonus, but isn’t essential. As with all of our cats, Tux will leave Farplace castrated, microchipped and vaccinated, with his flea and worm treatment up to date, and following a full health check. We’ll also provide you with a full copy of his veterinary records to keep for your own records when he goes off to his new home. Indoor-only policy If you feel you could offer this lovely cat the right home, please email for an adoption questionnaire. We can then arrange a home check. We are happy to consider homes up to around two hours’ travel from the rescue. Any further than this can make it difficult for us to offer the support we feel is important after adoption.
