Look closely into those eyes... what do you see? This is Viana, a beautiful soul who has just joined us at the kennels. To Viana, the world currently feels like a very big, very loud, and very scary place. She has only been out of her kennel twice, and every step is a brave one. Viana is a timid, shy girl, but beneath that initial layer of fear is a heart of pure gold. Once she knows she’s safe, she absolutely melts for affection. She is looking for someone patient—someone who understands that the best things in life take a little time to bloom. At a perfect medium size, she’s a wonderful companion in the making. She doesn’t need much, just a hand to hold (or a head to pat) and a promise that she’ll never have to feel afraid again. She even tried to have a little play with me and the lead . She gave a bark which I haven’t heard before so she’s coming round albeit slowly. She walks well on the lead but very jumpy at cars passing.
