People interested in adoption are kindly asked to contact the foundation directly. 🐱 Young Zendaya is looking for a quiet place forever after many hardships she has gone through. 🐱 An 8-month-old Zendaya could have taught even an older, feline companion a lot with her experiences. First as a stray, young kitten was taken to the Warsaw animal shelter. There she completely lost her way. The stress from the unfamiliar place took its toll, and Zendaya felt worse day by day until she finally received the diagnosis we feared the most: a three-letter virus attacked her exhausted and frustrated body. Unfortunately, it is impossible to treat this virus in an animal shelter. Thanks to Magda and Lukasz's quick decision and an emergency spot they organized for her in their temporary home, Zendaya got a chance and was placed under the care of our foundation. She immediately started treatment and fortunately, in a calmer environment, under caring supervision, she felt better. Zendaya still has neurological problems that require further diagnostics. The kitten has difficulty seeing at a distance, and when she is tense, her body trembles, and her left hind leg is not fully under control. We know that this condition requires further treatment, so we are looking for the cause of her current problems. Zendaya herself seems not to worry about her health condition on a daily basis. She is curious, very energetic and eager to play. It's impossible to burn off her energy, because it seems to be endless 😉 Unfortunately, Zendaya's neurological problems sometimes affect her perception of the surroundings. Due to poor eyesight and uncertainty in movement, Zendaya can become very scared and defensive. For this reason, we are looking for an experienced, calm home that will approach her needs with understanding, patience, and compassion. At this moment, we do not recommend her for a home with small children. Regarding her relationship with other animals, Zendaya is interested in them, but there are times when she behaves difficultly toward feline residents. For this reason, we recommend her as a solitary kitten or to an experienced home that socializes cats, which will be able to introduce Zendaya to a feline group slowly and with full understanding of her feline needs. Zwierzę jest pod opieką fundacji i nie przebywa w Schronisku. Osoby zainteresowane adopcją prosimy o bezpośredni kontakt z fundacją. 🐱 Młodziutka Zendaya szuka spokojnego miejsca na zawsze po wielu trudach, które przeszła🐱 8-miesięczna Zendaya swoimi przeżyciami mogłaby obdarować niejednego starszego, kociego kolegę. Najpierw jako bezdomna, młoda kicia trafiła do warszawskiego schroniska. Tam zupełnie nie potrafiła się odnaleźć. Stres związany z obcym miejscem zrobił swoje, Zendaya z dnia na dzień czuła się coraz gorzej, aż w końcu dostała diagnozę, której obawialiśmy się najbardziej: trzyliterowy wirus zaatakował jej zmęczone i sfrustrowane ciałko. Niestety niemożliwe jest leczenie tego wirusa w schronisku. Dzięki szybkiej decyzji Magdy i Łukasza i awaryjnemu miejscu, które zorganizowali dla niej w swoim domu tymczasowym Zendaya dostała szansę i trafiła pod opiekę naszej Fundacji. Natychmiast zaczęła kurację i na szczęście w spokojniejszym miejscu, pod troskliwą opieką poczuła się lepiej. Zendaya wciąż ma problemy neurologiczne, które wymagają dalszej diagnostyki. Koteczka ma problemy z widzeniem na odległość, w momencie napięcia mięśni drga jej ciałko, a lewa tylna nóżka nie jest w pełni władna. Wiemy, że taki stan rzeczy wymaga dalszego leczenia, dlatego szukamy przyczyny jej aktualnych problemów. Sama Zendaya na co dzień zdaje się nie przejmować swoim stanem zdrowia. Jest ciekawska, bardzo energiczna i chętna do zabawy. Nie sposób spożytkować jej energię, bo ta zdaje się być nieskończona 😉 Niestety problemy neurologiczne Zendayi rzutują czasem na jej odbiór otoczenia. Przez niedowidzenie i niepewność w ruchach Zendayi zdarzy się mocno przestraszyć i bronić. Z tego powodu szukamy dla niej doświadczonego, spokojnego domu, który z wyrozumiałością, cierpliwością i zrozumieniem będzie podchodził do jej potrzeb. Na ten moment nie polecamy jej do domu z małymi dziećmi. Jeśli chodzi o stosunek do innych zwierząt Zendaya jest ich ciekawa, ale zdarzają jej się trudne zachowania względem kocich rezydentów. Z tego powodu polecamy ją raczej na kocią jedynaczkę lub do doświadczonego w socjalizacji kotów domu, który będzie mógł wprowadzać Zendayę do kociego stada powoli i z pełnym zrozumieniem jej kocich potrzeb.
