I’m Falkirk! I’m a sweet and handsome boy who can sometimes still be a bit cautious. I like to take a good, careful look from a distance at what’s going on before I get closer. But if you give me some time, you’ll soon discover just how gentle and loving I really am. I enjoy myself immensely with the simplest of things—like a crumpled piece of paper or a shoelace. I can really have fun with those! Otherwise, I like to go my own way, but every now and then, a little attention and a nice petting are also very much appreciated. Meeting new people still feels a bit exciting to me, but I’m actually quite social. Once I get to know you better, I’ll hang around more often and clearly enjoy all the attention and petting you give me. I get along well with other cats and would love to live with a buddy like Scribble or Bramble—they’d really provide me with great companionship. I’m not quite the best fit for young children, but I feel perfectly comfortable around older kids. I’m looking for a calm home where I’ll have plenty of space to settle in and be myself, yet also plenty of attention when I need it. Would you like to offer me a loving home? Ik ben Falkirk! Ik ben een lieve en mooie jongen die soms nog een beetje afwachtend is. Ik kijk graag eerst even van een afstandje wat er allemaal gebeurt, voordat ik dichterbij kom. Maar geef je me de tijd, dan ontdek je al snel hoe zacht en lief ik eigenlijk ben. Ik kan me goed vermaken met de simpelste dingen, zoals een propje papier of een schoenveter. Daar kan ik echt plezier uit halen! Verder ga ik graag mijn eigen gang, maar af en toe wat aandacht en een aai vind ik ook heel fijn. Nieuwe mensen vind ik nog een beetje spannend, maar ik ben wel sociaal. Als ik je beter ken, kom ik vaker bij je in de buurt en geniet ik zichtbaar van aandacht en aaien. Ik kan goed overweg met andere katten en zou het fijn vinden om samen te wonen met een maatje zoals Scribble of Bramble, daar heb ik echt steun aan. Voor jonge kinderen ben ik wat minder geschikt, maar bij oudere kinderen voel ik me prima. Ik zoek een rustig thuis waar ik de ruimte krijg om te wennen en mezelf te zijn, maar waar ook aandacht voor mij is als ik daar behoefte aan heb. Wil jij mij een huisje bieden?
