ARDILLA appeared one day by surprise at the Morón military base (Sevilla). Workers did not hesitate to rescue her and help her, and she eventually entered our animal shelter. She is about 3 and a half years old and has a fairly good temperament, although she is a wary and fearful little Podenco hound when it comes to people. At the animal shelter, she has adapted very well from the very beginning, but she is starting to show her field Podenco hound character. She has learned to dig holes in the animal shelter and crawl through them to look for rabbits, and she has also learned to jump over the 1.5-meter fences... which puts her life at risk, as there are more animals in the shelter and they could hurt her. Currently, she is in a pen, and she is not doing well as she does not like being confined, but we cannot risk anything happening to her. ARDILLA is a dog that gets along well with all the other dogs; she has never sought conflict and is quite submissive. We are looking for a family that can give her the security and lots of affection she needs.

Ardilla apareció un día por sorpresa en la base militar de Morón (Sevilla). Los trabajadores no dudaron en rescatarla y ayudarla, hasta que entró en nuestro refugio. Tiene unos 3 años y medio y su carácter es bastante bueno, aunque es una perrita desconfiada y asustadiza con las personas. En el refugio se ha adaptado muy bien desde el primer momento, pero está sacando su carácter de podenco de campo. Ha aprendido a hacer agujeros en el refugio y meterse por ellos para buscar conejos, y además ha aprendido a saltarse las vallas de metro y medio... Lo que pone en riesgo su vida, ya que en el refugio hay más animales y le podrían hacer daño. Actualmente está en un box, y lo pasa bastante mal ya que no le gusta estar encerrada, pero no podemos permitir que le pase algo. Ardilla es una perra que se lleva genial con todos los perros, nunca ha buscado el conflicto y es bastante sumisa. Buscamos para ella una familia que le dé la seguridad que ella necesita y mucho cariño.
