When she was found, Arwen was emaciated and showed signs of having once worn a collar that had been far too tight — a heartbreaking start for such a young dog. Yet despite what she has endured, she has held on to her love of people and is now responding beautifully to kindness and care. Arwen is ready for the next chapter of her life: a safe, loving home where she can continue to grow in confidence and discover what it truly means to be cherished.
