Poor Astro, has been in the U. K. since March 2023. He was about a year old when he travelled, so still a youngster. He is 55 cm so quite a large Podenco. He can travel for the right home. Astro has been living in a home but sadly he didn’t really get on living with another dog and would be better on his own, where he can have one to one attention. He is very affectionate but on his own terms and needs someone who can spend time training him preferably with sight hound experience. He would make a good running companion and enjoys plenty of activity, he is good in dog fields but can be a bit reactive to dogs in the street, but is used to wearing a halti when out on walks. He is good with food and waits until it is offered and is very loving but on his terms.
