Arrived as a puppy, along with her other littermates, brought to us by our volunteer and friend Matteo. The stray cat mother gave birth in the courtyard next to the volunteer's home. After feeding the mother during nursing, the volunteer waited for the weaning process to complete and then, for safety reasons and with the hope of finding them adoption, brought the kittens to our shelter. Unfortunately, in the meantime, the cat mother, whom we had wanted to capture and spay, has gone missing. For her, the worst is feared, as it is a busy area. The kittens, now young adults and in good health, are guests at our animal shelter but are not very social, so we do not believe they are suitable for apartment life. For Castagna, we are looking for distant adoptions only. Arrivata da cucciola, insieme ad altri fratellini, portati dal nostro socio e volontario Matteo.Mamma gatta, randagia, ha partorito nel cortile accanto a casa del volontario che, dopo aver sfamato la mamma durante l’allattamento ha atteso lo svezzamento e poi, per motivi di sicurezza e con la speranza di trovare loro adozione, ha portato i cuccioli al rifugio.Purtroppo nel frattempo mamma gatta, che avremmo voluto catturare e sterilizzare, è scomparsa, per lei si teme il peggio, essendo una zona trafficata.I gattini, ormai giovani adulti, in salute e ospiti da noi al rifugio, non sono al momento molto socievoli, quindi non crediamo adatti alla vita in appartamento, per questo cerchiamo per Castagna solo adozioni a distanza.
