Cedric arrived at Triple A after suffering a serious accident that completely changed his life. The severe trauma caused a major head injury that ultimately left him almost completely blind. He underwent surgery and, for a long time, his condition was very critical. Because of the trauma, his nose was constantly blocked with mucus and he had to be fed via a feeding tube. Those were very difficult days, during which we didn’t know if he would pull through. But Cedric proved to be a real fighter. Today, he has come through that very difficult period. Although he has very little, if any, vision, and occasionally still needs help because his nose becomes blocked with mucus, he has learnt to adapt to his new reality. What’s more, he gets on well with other cats, showing a calm and sociable nature. Cedric reminds us every day that limitations do not define a cat.
