Rescued alongside his friend Ruby from a deeply distressing situation involving dog catchers, Cooper arrived at the shelter frightened, confused, and unsure of the world around him. But with time, patience, and gentle, consistent love from our team, Cooper has begun to show us the dog he truly is.
