Cooper is a bright, characterful boy who loves to sniff, explore, and play. Once he knows you, he really enjoys a fuss and is happy to have cuddles, but he’s just as content doing his own thing. He enjoys enrichment, using his nose, and playing with his favourite toys, and he’ll benefit from brain games and structured outlets to keep him mentally satisfied. With the right guidance and consistency, Cooper has lots of potential to be a loyal and entertaining companion. He’d suit a household with older teens (16+) and needs to be the only pet, as he can become overly focused on toys and other animals. He’ll need owners committed to ongoing training, including managing his behaviour around toys and helping him feel more secure when left alone, as this will need to be built up gradually. A secure private garden is ideal, and a home with separate spaces rather than open plan will help him settle.
