Everyone meet our next resident …. Doug!💙 This lad is a pug who’s around 6/7 years old. Sadly he found himself in our care due to no fault of his own.💔 Since arriving in our care he’s been great but he is a shy lad who’s a little special. He adores being in the house and garden with you as he loves company!🩵 Doug has been great with the other dogs in the foster home and is possibly cat trainable too. However he enjoys the quiet life!❤️‍🩹 He’s been great with dog savvy children, travelling and is a good lad in general. Doug doesn’t ask for much bless him. However he has started to play with a ball!🌟 Doug was a fab lad at the vets. He’s now started his vaccinations, been flead, wormed and he was already mircochipped. He is booked in to be neutered too, he does have a retained testicle which we will sort out too.✔️ It was clear from the start that Doug’s eyesight Isn’t the best and this seems to be due to scarring on the eyes from untreated ulcers prior to coming in to our care. He can see and he can follow a ball but he does struggle a little more when it is dark. When stressed he can circle too. 😔 Thankfully his eyes don’t need any treatment but he just needs an empathic home filled with love!
