Mr. Filipp is a unique cat with a value of gold character. He shines with his friendliness and loves human company more than anything else. By nature, he is gently clumsy, walks with heavy steps following people and tries not to fall behind. But when the play mood comes, he rolls the ball with such skill that even Lionel Messi would be impressed. We don't know Philip's past, we don't know where he came from or how he ended up on the street. Why did this extremely friendly cat have to live the life of a street cat in Sillamäe? Hr Filipp on üks erakordne kass, kellel on kulda väärt iseloom. Ta hiilgab oma sõbralikkusega ja inimese lähedust armastab ta üle kõige. Oma olemuselt on ta armsalt kohmakas, raske sammuga tatsab ta inimesel järel ning proovib mitte kübetki maha jääda. Miks pidi see ülisõbralik kass Sillamäel tänavakassi elu elama? Jah… Filippi minevikku me muuta ei saa, küll aga võib üks eriline inimene muuta tema tuleviku.
