Flopsy ja Benji ovat sisaruksia, jotka vapaaehtoinen ja henkilökuntamme jäsen kasvattivat käsin lukituksen aikana. He tekivät niin hyvää työtä rakastaessaan ja hoitaessaan niitä, että nyt ne tarvitsevat kodin! Ne rakastavat juoksentelua ulkoaitauksessaan ja innostuvat, kun ihmiset tulevat tervehtimään! On hienoa päästä näkemään niiden leikkivän ja jahtaavan toisiaan! Aamuisin ne löytyvät usein kaikki kerällä yhdessä! Koska ne ovat villejä kaneja, jotka eivät kovin mielellään anna käsitellä itseään ja pitävät enemmän omasta tilastaan ja seurastaan, ne eivät kuitenkaan pahastu, jos ihmiset viettävät aikaa niiden kanssa. Ne on kaikki kotiutettava yhdessä, ja ihanteellinen koti olisi: suuri ulkotila; kokemusta kanien käsittelystä; runsaasti tutkimisen paikkoja; ei pieniä lapsia. Flopsy and Benji are siblings who were hand-reared by a volunteer and a member of our own staff during lockdown. They did such a good job in loving and caring for them that they are now in need of a home! They love running around in their outside enclosure and get excited when people come to say hi! Its a great moment when you catch them playing and chasing each other! You can often find them all snuggled up together in the morning! As they are wild rabbits that are not too keen on being handled and prefer their own space and company, however, they don't mind people spending time with them. They will all need to be rehomed together and their ideal home would be; Large outdoor space Experience with handling rabbits Plenty of explorative areas No young children We have been at the shelter since July 2020.
