Then we lost track of him until we saw him again, after he had decided to stay outside a house where a female dog was in heat. That’s why, after he came to us we were calling him Amore Mio for a while. Fred is a clever, lovely boy who is good with people, children, cats and other dogs. He is also sensitive and he doesn’t like being pressured to do something he isn’t comfortable with, or being touched in places where he doesn’t feel safe. Therefore he needs a person who will respect his boundaries, give him time and patiently build a relationship based on trust.
