Gertrude is looking for a home where she can have her own garden, as she absolutely loves playing and having zoomies, but she’s also a bit of an anxious girl around new people so this will be beneficial for introductions. As she can be a bit worried around traffic, she would be best suited to a home in a smaller residential area. Due to her bouncy nature, she could live with upper secondary school aged children who can respect her boundaries, and she’d prefer to be the only pet in the home but would enjoy having doggy friends to go out on walks with. As she’s a clever girl, she would benefit from training and learning a few more manners. Say hi to Gertrude, a 10 month old Cane Corso cross! A sweet, affectionate girl, Gerty has a joyful zest for life that is absolutely infectious. She can be can be shy when meeting new people, but once she warms up to you, she’s your friend for life. You’ll be rewarded with plenty of attention and affection as Gerty loves nothing more than leaning in for cuddles and trying to sit on your lap. She enjoys playing with soft toys and balls and occasionally likes a good game of fetch. This playful, lovely girl would love a home with all the love and time to give her to thrive.
