Godfrey is a brown tabby and white male cat born around 2020. He came to Katthemmet along with Osric, Elbert, and Gwendolyn after living on the streets in Dalarna. Godfrey is a food-motivated and curious guy who thinks humans are quite scary, at least for now, if we get too close. However, we see how he's becoming more and more confident and brave all the time, and when he's in the mood, he plays with us. Godfrey has periodontitis and has lost a few teeth as a result. The ones he still has are healthy at the moment, but there is a high risk that more teeth will have to be removed later in his life. In addition, he is in a very early stage of chronic kidney failure. He doesn't need special food for this yet, but gets supplements for kidney health. His kidney development needs to be monitored and special diet may be needed later. He is looking for a quiet and cat-savvy home without children. We think he can do well as both a single cat and with feline friends.

GODFREY är en bruntabby och vit hankatt född ca 2020. Han kom till Katthemmet tillsammans med Osric, Elbert och Gwendolyn efter att ha levt hemlösa i Dalarna. Godfrey är en matmotiverad och nyfiken kille som tycker vi människor är ganska läskiga, än så länge, om vi kommer för nära. Vi ser dock hur han hela tiden blir mer och mer trygg och modig och när han är på humör leker han med oss. Godfrey har tandlossning och har dragit några tänder till följd av detta. De han har kvar är friska i nuläget men risken är överhängande att fler tänder måste dras senare i hans liv. Utöver detta är han i ett mycket tidigt stadie av kronisk njursvikt. Han behöver inte specialfoder för detta ännu men får kosttillskott för njurarnas hälsa. Man får följa hans njurars utveckling och sätta in specialkost längre fram. Han söker ett lugnt och kattvant hem utan barn. Vi tror han kan må bra både som ensamkatt och med kattkompisar.
