However, she forms strong attachments and struggles with solitude, requiring very present humans ready to work on separation anxiety gradually. She gets along well with dogs but not cats. Iris is an anxious dog needing a calm environment in a small town or countryside setting. She's an adorable, dynamic, and playful dog longing to finally leave the shelter for a loving home.
