Mama Nati arrived to us heavily pregnant, after she had been seen wondering the streets on a little town just outside of Marbella. Unfortunately people did not inform authorities earlier, so by the time she finally was caught by the Search & Rescue Team, she was at the point of giving birth. Just one night of sleep in a private room of the shelter, Mama Nati knew that she was safe, and the next morning the birth started. All babies were born safely and healthy! At the same time, Parvovirus arrived to the shelter, and luckily Mama Nati could move to a professional puppy foster, who has been taking care of Mama Nati and her babies ever since - they have been raised on soft pillows and loving hands. Adopters of these puppies will receive dogs that have been surrounded by love from the moment they were born, they have not seen a day of fear, lack of food or abandonment. Regarding their breed, their mother is a Podenco Andaluz, but the father is unknown, potentially a Bodeguero, but could also be anything else. Now little by little the babies will be able to start going to their homes, and for the sake of positive early development mentally and physically, homes with one or more other dogs are currently preferred, as well as homes with outdoors running space.
