Marty has spent the past two years in a home with two cats but, unfortunately, has not been able to settle with them, and they struggled to adjust to him as well. Originally adopted from us in 2024, he has sadly returned this year due to these challenges. Marty has a tremendous love for humans and truly behaves like a lap dog! Whenever his handlers sit down in the field, he zooms right into their laps for a cuddle. He can happily stay there all day, watching the world go by. He thrives on affection and quickly forms bonds with people. Because of this, Marty is primarily seeking an adult home where he won’t have the stress of being around young children or cats, ideally in a calm, quiet environment where he can relax and let his anxieties fade away. His previous owners collaborated with their vets and a nutritionist to establish a suitable feeding regimen for him, which has proven successful. Since returning to us, Marty has not experienced any gastrointestinal issues, more details are included in his medical section.
