Veden harrastaja Milo etsii uutta kotia oman syytönsä vuoksi. Hän on hitaasti liikkuvainen poika, joka pitää pehmeästä kiskosta ja on iloinen tutkimaan keskuksen maisemaa. Milo voi olla hieman pelkäävä uusien ihmisten kanssa, mutta hän on paljon rauhallisempi pois keskuksen hälyksestä. Hän on valinnut omat suosikkikäsittelemisensä ja muodostaa hyviä yhteyksiä, kun hän tuntee itsensä mukavasti. Hän on hyvin selkeä siinä, milloin haluaa huomiota ja milloin ei, ja tulee lähelle sinua voimakkaasti, kun hän haluaa. Suosittelemme, että uuden perheen kannattaa antaa hänellä aikaa tottuu uudella kotonaan ennen vierailuja, jotta hän ei pelkää tai hermostu. Hän on aiemmin ollut erittäin innostunut vierailuista kotonaan, hän vain tarvitsee sen ajan saada itsensä mukavaksi. Milo ei todennäköisesti ole erityisen kiinnostunut koirakavereista – hän tekee tutkiva hajuja ja valitsee yleensä ettei jatka sitä, vaan kävelee pois tekemään omaa asiansa. Milo:n suosikki on hänellä oleva simpanssipallo! Hän voi olla hyvin leikkimielinen ja tykkää heilauttaa palloja ja kirottavia leluja. Milo voi elää nuorison kanssa, mutta tarvitsee olla ainoa lemmikkikasvatus kotona. Hän on talonkäyttöön harjoitettu ja on hyvä yksin useita tunteja, vaikka hän on tottunut omistajan läsnäoloon aina. Hän todennäköisesti tarvitsee muutaman vierailun keskuksessa, koska hän tarvitsee jonkin aikaa mukaantua uusiin ihmisisiin.

Water loving Milo is looking for a new home through no fault of his own. He's a ploddy boy who likes gentle potters on his lead and is happy to explore the centre grounds. Milo can be a little nervous when meeting new people but he's much more relaxed when away from the centre's hustle and bustle. He has already chosen his favourite handler and seems to form nice bonds when he's comfortable. He's very clear about when he does and doesn't want to be made a fuss of, and will lean into you hard when he does! We would advise his new family to let him settle in well before having visitors, so that he doesn't get worried or overwhelmed. He has previously been very excited to receive visitors in his home, he just needs that time to get comfortable. Milo doesn't really seem bothered about having canine friends - he will have an investigative sniff and then usually chooses not to take it any further, wandering off and doing his own thing. Milo's favourite thing is his monkey teddy! He can be very playful and likes to chase after balls and squeaky toys. Milo can live with teenagers but needs to be the only pet at home. He is house trained and is fine by himself for a couple of hours, though he has been used to having his owner around all the time. He is likely to need a few visits to him at the centre as he takes a little while to warm to new people.
