When she first came into our care, her handler fell completely in love with her and even took Nellie home for a few nights so she could experience life in a home environment. And do you know what? She took to it incredibly well! 🥰 Of course, Nellie is a typical Dachshund through and through! She has her moments of barking and, just like any self-respecting Daxie, she absolutely LOVES crawling underneath the covers and snuggling up. 🛏️🐶
