He’s a big foodie and especially enjoys crunchy treats, often making his own little “chewing commentary” that will make you smile. Most of all, Paddy loves being close to his people. Whether he’s leaning in for cuddles or watching the world go by with what almost looks like a grin on his face, he just wants to be part of everything you do. With the right home, plenty of engagement, and lots of love and exercise, Paddy will be an endlessly entertaining, affectionate companion who brings warmth, laughter, and life into every day. This 2-year-old Patterdale is a lively, affectionate boy with a big personality packed into a small, busy body. He adores people, thrives on attention, and will happily enjoy every bit of fuss you have to give. Paddy is looking for owners who are not going to leave him for more than a few hours at a time initially but we are confident with some tasty snacks he would settle when left alone. He must be the only dog in the home, although he may enjoy calm walking companions out and about. He is looking for a home with older teenagers, where his excitement and quirks can be understood and managed calmly.
