Family and environment What kind of family am I looking for? Patch is a very excitable and wriggly boy, so any children in the home would need to be aged 11+. What type of environment would suit me? Patch would need a private garden with 6ft fencing. This is important due to him not being able to be let off in public. He needs a safe space to let off all his extra energy and play with his toys, especially tennis balls. About Patch Patch is a young boy with a huge zest for life and enough enthusiasm to power a small city! Everything he does is turned up to maximum volume, if there’s fun to be had, Patch is all in. One of Patch’s favourite things in the world is meeting people. He absolutely loves saying hello and will greet everyone as though they’re his long-lost best friend. His excitement can sometimes get the better of him, and he can be a bit of a bull in a China shop, often forgetting just how strong he is. Patch doesn’t have an off switch when it comes to enthusiasm, he’s wonderfully over-the-top in every sense! Patch is a big fan of toys, although they rarely survive for very long. He takes great pride in thoroughly “testing” every toy he gets, and shredding them is one of his favourite hobbies. Tough toys are definitely recommended for this boy! When he’s not busy destroying toys or making new friends, Patch loves being out and about. Walks are one of his favourite activities, especially when there’s plenty of time to stop and investigate all the exciting smells the world has to offer.
