Soledad was a stray cat that appeared in the former Reval colony areas. At one point, the otherwise playful cat became quite calm and it seemed that somewhere she had kittens hidden. We waited to see when the kittens would grow and come out of the nest. A couple of months later, four fur balls came out and were taken to the shelter along with their mother. Three of the kittens from Soledad are already in their own homes, but one boy - Sverre, is still looking for a home. The cat mother Soledad was very scared when she arrived and at times quite aggressive. It took quite a long time to get used to, but in the end she also started to calm down a bit. Soledad needs daily attention and encouragement, because trust in people is hard to come by, but with small steps we move in that direction. Soledad oli kodutu kiisu, kes ilmus endise Revali koloonia maadele. Ühel hetkel muutus muidu trullakas kiisu üsna saledaks ja oli alust arvata, et kuskil olid tal pojad peidus. Jäime ootama, millal pojad kasvavad ja pesast välja uudistama tulevad. Paari kuu pärast ilmusidki neli karvapalli välja ning koos emaga toimetati nad turvakoju. Soledadi poegadest kolm on juba oma kodudes, vaid üks poiss – Sverre, on veel koduootel. Kassimamma Soledad oli tulles väga hirmul ja kohati üsna raevukas. Kohanemine võttis üsna kaua aega, kuid lõpuks hakkas temagi veidi rahunema. Soledad vajaks igapäevast tegelemist ja julgustamist, sest usaldus inimese vastu on visa tulema, kuid väikeste sammudega me sinna poole liigume.
