Our wonderful Sonas is a true sight…❤️ During our visit in October 2025, he looked at us with his deep brown eyes sadly and questioningly. His hope of ever leaving the cramped shelter was very slim. Sonas lived with his 5 siblings in a yard at the public shelter in Bistrita. Luckily, he got the chance to travel to a family in Germany, but there he struggled to fit in and ended up in an experienced foster home. Here in 51503 Rösrath, Sonas blossoms and develops typically youthful energy, being active, open, and very playful and mischievous. Sonas now seeks his own people so he can finally feel at home. Sonas doesn't need pity and constant care, but rather confident, empathetic, and humorous people who can "take his hand" and show him how wonderful life is. On the training field, Sonas has developed into an enthusiastic dog within a few weeks. However, it is very important for Sonas to have a second dog, because Sonas loves and needs contact with fellow animals. As a single dog, he withdraws and appears "depressed," missing a part of his life without other dogs. On the training field, Sonas has a lot of contact with fellow animals and is absolutely compatible. Only with aggressive dogs does he show fear and withdraw. Sonas is currently around 1.5 years old and has a nice medium size with approximately 55cm and 25kg. His details: He now likes to be taken for walks in various natural settings, can be treated by the vet without problems, is very attentive and obedient, never demands anything, has never barked, is house-trained from day one, absolutely loving to cats, knows chickens and hares, remains problem-free when left alone, travels quietly in the car, loves to lie in the sun in a secured garden, runs free and responds to calls. Sonas does not want to stand out, he is an absolute treasure! ❤️ Sonas should be rehomed in a rural environment. A house with an enclosed garden would be ideal for him. Especially at the beginning, a quiet family life would be ideal for him. Children, especially younger ones, should not live in the household. What Sonas needs is a structured daily routine that gives him security. If you fall in love with the beautiful Sonas, it's time to visit him in Rösrath! Sonas is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, and flea-treated. He also has his EU pet passport with him. As of April 28.

Unser wunderschöner Sonas ist eine echte Erscheinung…❤️ Bei unserem Besuch im Oktober 2025 schaute er uns mit seinen tiefbraunen Augen traurig und fragend an. Seine Hoffnung, jemals aus dem engen Shelter zu kommen, war nur sehr gering. Sonas lebte mit seinen 5 Geschwistern zusammen in einem Zwinger, im öffentlichen Shelter von Bistrita. Zum Glück bekam er die große Chance, in eine Familie nach Deutschland auszureisen, doch dort fand er nur schwer ins Leben und kam daher in eine erfahrene Pflegestelle. Hier in 51503 Rösrath blüht Sonas nun auf und entwickelt junghundtypisch aktiv, offen und sehr lustig und verspielt. Sonas sucht nun seine eigenen Menschen, damit er endlich ankommen darf. Sonas braucht kein Mitleid und ständige Fürsorge, sondern souveräne, empathische und humorvolle Menschen die ihn „an die Hand nehmen“ und zeigen wie schön das Leben ist. Auf dem Trainingsplatz hat sich Sonas innerhalb weniger Wochen zu einem unternehmungsfreudigen Hund entwickelt. Ganz wichtig für Sonas ist aber ein Zweithund, denn Sonas liebt und braucht den Kontakt zu Artgenossen. Als Einzelhund zieht er sich zurück und wirkt „depressiv“, ihm fehlt ein Teil in seinem Leben ohne andere Hunde. Auf seinem Trainingsplatz hat Sonas viel Kontakt mit Artgenossen und ist absolut verträglich. Nur vor aufdringlichen Hunden hat er Angst und zieht sich zurück. Sonas ist aktuell ca. 1,5 Jahre alt und hat eine schöne mittlere Größe mit ca. 55cm und 25kg. Seine Eckdaten: Er geht mittlerweile gerne an unterschiedlichen Orten in der Natur spazieren lässt sich von der Tierärztin ohne Probleme behandeln er ist sehr aufmerksam und folgsam er fordert nie etwas ein hat noch kein einziges Mal gebellt stubenrein von Tag 1 absolut lieb zu Katzen, kennt Hühner & Hasen bleibt problemlos alleine fährt ruhig im Auto mit er liebt es in der Sonne zu liegen im gesicherten Garten läuft er frei und hört auf Zuruf Sonas möchte nicht auffallen er ist ein absoluter Schatz! ❤️ Sonas sollte eher in eine ländliche Umgebung vermittelt werden. Ein Haus mit eingezäuntem Garten wäre ideal für ihn. Besonders am Anfang wäre ein ruhiges Familienleben für ihn ideal. Kinder, besonders kleinere, sollten eher nicht in dem Haushalt leben. Was Sonas braucht ist ein strukturierter Tagesablauf, der ihm Sicherheit gibt. Wenn Du Dich in den schönen Sonas verliebt hast, wird es Zeit, dass Du ihn in Rösrath besuchen kommst! Sonas ist kastriert, gechipt, geimpft, entwurmt und entfloht. Auch seinen EU-Heimtierausweis hat er im Gepäck. Nach positiver Vorkontrolle und einer Schutzgebühr, kann Sonas vermittelt werden.
