These lovely girls previously had a caring home, but due to their owner’s health issues they could no longer receive the time and attention they were used to. They are both curious, and enjoy human interaction, making them great companions for someone willing to spend time with them. Summer and Winter will need a spacious gerbil-safe enclosure with deep bedding for digging and tunnelling, as gerbils love to burrow and stay active. A large tank or well-ventilated enclosure with plenty of enrichment such as hides, chew toys, and tunnels would suit them best. They’re looking for a home where they can continue to get plenty of care, enrichment, and affection. If you think you could offer these sweet girls the home they deserve, Summer and Winter would love to meet you.
