In the summer of 2017, we discovered a colony of abandoned cats living in an empty house near our shelter. We launched a spay-and-neuter campaign for the adult cats, while six kittens were taken into the shelter. Voja was rescued as a kitten from that colony. He is a large, very independent cat who gets along well with other cats. Voja was tested for FIV, FeLV, FIP and panleukopenia, and all tests were negative.
