Hello, my name is Franz Ferdinand. More dead than alive, I was found on the street and brought to the animal shelter. I could barely walk and my blood sugar was beyond good and bad. I was stationary at the vet for almost two weeks - now I am well adjusted to my medication and ready to move out. I am a very friendly, relaxed, and affectionate tomcat. I am always happy to have visitors, and as soon as you pet me, I start purring like a motor! Unfortunately, I bring some construction sites with me - I am a diabetic, which means I need to be injected with insulin twice daily and eat special food. The injections are not hard or scary; if you place a bowl of food in front of me, I will eat while you inject and won't even notice! My blood sugar needs to be checked occasionally to make sure I am well adjusted. But that's not hard either. Additionally, my hind legs are not at their best, and I am not the best jumper anymore, but I manage in everyday life. My vet takes the time to have a chat! I am looking for a home in an apartment that is suitable for living with loving people who will love me despite my health issues and adopt me. You can already have a diabetic cat with you! Do you sign up at the animal shelter and visit me? Yes?. This cat is to be kept indoors only.

Hallöchen,Mein Name ist Franz Ferdinand. Mehr tot als lebendig wurde ich auf der Straße gefunden und ins Tierheim gebracht. Ich konnte fast nicht mehr laufen und mein Blutzucker war jenseits von gut und böse. Ich war fast zwei Wochen stationär beim Tierarzt - jetzt bin ich gut auf Medikamente eingestellt und bereit auszuziehen.Ich bin ein sehr freundlicher, entspannter und schmusiger Kater. Ich freue mich immer über Besuch und sobald du mich streichelst schalte ich den Motor an und schnurre was das Zeug hält!Gesundheitlich bringe ich leider einige Baustellen mit - ich bin Diabetiker, das heißt ich benötige 2x täglich Insulin gespritzt und spezielles Futter. Das Spritzen ist nicht schwer oder schlimm, wenn du mir ein Schälchen mit Futter hinstellst, fresse ich einfach während du spritzt und bekomme das gar nicht mit! Ab und zu muss mein Blutzucker gemessen werden, um zu schauen ob ich gut eingestellt bin. Aber auch das ist nicht schwer. Weiters sind meine Hinterbeine nicht mehr die Besten und der größte Springer bin ich nicht mehr, aber ich komme im Alltag gut zurecht. Gerne nimmt sich meine Tierärztin Zeit für ein Gespräch!Ich suche ein Zuhause in Wohnungshaltung bei lieben Menschen die mich trotz meiner gesundheitlichen Probleme liebhaben und adoptieren möchten.
