Hi, I’m Cyril! I’m a handsome Saluki cross, around a year and a half old, and I’m looking for a family to call my own. I found my way here as a stray, so not much is known about my past, but everyone says I’m a cheeky chap with the sweetest personality. Because of my unknown background, it’s possible I’ve never lived in a home before. I’m still learning all about home life, so I may need a bit of patience and support with things like toilet training. I might also show some classic lurcher habits — apparently kitchen counters are very interesting places to investigate! I’m looking for adopters who can help me settle in gently and build up my confidence. I’ll need my leaving hours introduced slowly, but with time and consistency I could hopefully manage being left for a couple of hours. I enjoy the company of calm dog walking friends, but I’d prefer to be the only pet in the home please. I could live with sensible children aged 11 and over who understand I may need a little time to adjust.
