She enjoys company and is calm when in her yard. She already knows the "sit" command and shows attentiveness to treats, which facilitates her learning and concentration. During walks she generally behaves well on a leash. However, she can sometimes become excited or frustrated. During playtime, she may, under the influence of excitement, gently bite the arms from behind; therefore, it is important to remain vigilant, especially when there are young children around. In the large recreational park, Joy behaves very well with other dogs. She is generally social and does not present any particular problems with other animals of the same species. Play and food are real pleasures for her. Despite her progress, she must continue to work on managing her emotions, especially when she feels anxious, in order to better channel them. A family that will be able to reassure her will enjoy a loving companion.

Elle apprécie la compagnie et se montre calme lorsqu'elle est dans son parc. Elle connaît déjà l'ordre « assis » et se montre attentive aux friandises, ce qui facilite son apprentissage et sa capacité de concentration. Lors des promenades elle a généralement un bon comportement en laisse. Toutefois, il peut lui arriver de se montrer agitée ou frustrée. Durant les moments de jeu elle peut, sous l'effet de l'excitation, pincer légèrement les bras par derrière ; il est donc important de rester vigilant, surtout lorsqu’il y a de jeunes enfants. Dans le grand parc de détente, Joy se comporte très bien avec les autres chiens. Elle est globalement sociable et ne présente pas de problème particulier avec ses congénères. Le jeu et la nourriture sont de véritables plaisirs pour elle. Malgré ses progrès, elle doit continuer à travailler sur la gestion de ses émotions, notamment lorsqu'elle se sent angoissée, afin de mieux se canaliser. Une famille qui saura la rassurer profitera d’un amour de compagne.
