Can I adopt from PfotenFreunde Sardinien e.V. if I live in another country?
Yes. Cross-border adoption within the EU is straightforward thanks to the EU pet passport system. PfotenFreunde Sardinien e.V. typically handles the vetting, chipping, and passport.
