5.5.2026 Assi has advanced nicely in adapting to home life. He has left his previous shelter and now moves comfortably throughout the whole apartment. At night, Assi sleeps in the bedroom. When alone, Assi enjoys being in a partially fenced area with his dog companion. In too small of an area, such as one room, he may become frustrated and cause damage, but there has been no occurrence of this problem at all with a more open enclosure. When the home helper's mother is at home, she lets the dogs out into the fenced yard. Assi leaves quickly with the other dogs, takes care of his business and returns smoothly inside. Training for car rides has been practiced, and they have already reached the other side of the asphalt road. Crossing happens at a spot with a long straight stretch, so approaching cars can be easily seen in time and the situation can be handled calmly. People encountered during walks still excite Assi and can cause a fleeing reaction. However, at home, Assi is braver and sometimes comes into the same space with unfamiliar people. Assi's favorite activities are being free and running in the fenced yard with his dog companion, walking, the familiar person's patting and chewing on bones. It's also very good when the home helper wakes up in the morning or comes from work, then the joy is always at its highest. 26.3.2026 Assi has made great progress in outdoor activities. From the yard area, they have been able to go on walks to the surrounding fields. He walks well on a leash and gets happy barks from that. It is not yet an issue along the road, because fast driving cars scare Assi, and they are currently looked at from further away on the edge of the field. Putting on the harness now goes smoothly, Assi comes to the entrance by himself when going out. Assi has also been safely in the fenced area under supervision without a leash, where dog companions have been invited for play and small races have been taken. Assi enters the house effortlessly from the yard, he walks nicely behind the home helper and sits in the entrance so that the harness can be removed.

5.5.2026Assi on edistynyt hienosti kotioloihin sopeutumisessa. Hän on jättänyt aiemman turvahuoneensa ja liikkuu nykyään rennosti koko asunnossa. Yöt Assi nukkuu makuuhuoneessa. Piha-alueelta on päästy ympäröiville pelloille lenkille. Hän kulkee hihnassa hyvin ja ilohepuleita tulee tuon tuosta. Maantien varteen ei ole vielä asiaa, koska kovaa ohi ajavat autot pelottavat Assia, niitä katsellaan toistaiseksi kauempaa pellon laidalta.
