GROOTY is an old Chihuahua with heart problems, a treatment is in place, is probably incontinent, has arthritis and is blind (he sees shadows) but GROOTY is especially cute and just wants to spend his remaining days with a loving person who will know how to take care of him and give him the security and love of a home.
