13.4.2026Lily has developed rapidly lately and become noticeably more confident. She now moves smoothly both in the backyard and goes for walks with a dog friend. Especially the forest has become a favorite place for Lily, where she goes on small exploratory trips at her own pace. In daily life, Lily is also much more relaxed and enjoys being among the trees in the yard, almost as if "helping" in her own way. Her personality has begun to emerge more and more, and Lily has developed a friendly way of talking back to people. Lily has also taken big steps in bravery and now dares to approach names even from a stranger's hand. She can ask for pats in a gentle way - either by gently tapping with her nose or by using her paw to remind. She has now been getting used to the new routine for almost two weeks. In the new place, Lily has also been able to go outside, and she already does her business outside. In stressful situations, she seeks support from a familiar person.Lily is trained almost daily and constantly makes progress in it, one small step at a time. When left alone, Lily occasionally starts barking, which is why she is not yet rehomed to an apartment. Lily is looking for a home in a quiet area. An ideal home for Lily would already have a dog companion to set an example for daily skills. The presence of another dog provides her with security and helps her learn new things. Lily is a sensitive girl who is looking for a home where they know how to move her forward, but at the same time give her enough time to recover. 13.1.2026Lily still somewhat initiates contact, but when the caretaker puts out food portions, she comes quite close to following. Otherwise, she likes to be in the same space as others, and once even came to sit on the couch with the caretaker. Lily has gotten along very well with the cats and dogs of different sizes at the foster home. She is beginning to show interest in going out and comes to look further into the entrance when others are leaving. Lily usually stays calm and falls asleep alone, sometimes she might fiddle with something small like chewing cardboard or carrying clothes into her bed. Lily is afraid of men, which is shown by barking, while female visitors are accepted better, even some have been approached for affection from them. This sensitive girl needs a understanding home that knows how to advance things from a dog perspective.
