Our mixed-breed female dog LUNA came into our animal shelter as part of a rescue. She was born on 21.01.2019, is unneutered, and currently weighs about 25 kg. LUNA shows herself at the animal shelter as an active, playful, but also laid-back female dog. She is very friendly, outgoing, and cuddly, although she initially appears more reserved towards strangers. Additionally, LUNA is vigilant and reliably alerts to any visit or foreign noise. A living together with a fellow animal is conceivable depending on mutual sympathy. For LUNA, we are looking for people who either already have dog experience or are highly engaged and motivated to work consistently with her. LUNA is, in fact, a very willful and self-confident female dog, so a clear, sovereign, and consistent leadership is particularly important for her. LUNA still has a lot to learn. Besides basic training and getting used to normal daily routines, she should also be trained in leash obedience, car rides, and cooperation in everyday life. Whether LUNA can stay alone is currently unknown.
