MARVEL arrived at our shelter following an investigation. He had been living outdoors, on a chain, and muzzled. Traumatized by his past, MARVEL still exhibits behavioral issues. Behavioral rehabilitation work is underway; MARVEL is seeking an experienced adopter to continue his progress.
