Nyx is a very vokal, energetic and intelligent cat. He likes to talk, and he has the courage to express his opinion. Nyx needs a lot of work and active everyday life: he especially enjoys mouse toys, chasing games and various activation games that he has used enthusiastically in his foster home. It is not always enough just to act on his own, but he also needs daily play and human attention. In case of frustration or insufficient activation, Nyx may be nibbled or even bitten. That's why you're looking for a home for Nyx without little children. Because of his company, Nyx is not a cat who spends long periods alone. For a working day, Nyx can manage alone, but after that he needs plenty of company, scratching and doing things together. Nyx often gets close, requires hugs and kisses. He likes to come down on his lap, lie down on top or warm up under the covers. There will be no lonely moments with Nyx. On the other hand, he does not like to be constantly treading or making noise, but he comes to get attention when he wants it. Nyx is also very curious and active. He searches every corner of the house, runs enthusiastically around the apartment and pushes from the walls. He is very interested in climbing, so there should be room in the new home to run and opportunities to climb. He is interested in the outdoors, and Nyx has learned to walk in a foster home on a harness and a leash. Nyx has been cut and properly vaccinated. Nyx has a small hook at the end of his tail, which feels like ironing, but doesn't show out and doesn't mind him in any way. During the foster home period, Nyx has been subjected to a superficial health check, he has had the dental stone removed and several teeth removed from him. Due to dental problems, Nyx will have a new tooth removal and dental X-ray in about a year. The new home should also be prepared for regular dental treatments in the future. In addition, in the new home, it would be a good idea to try to wash Nyx's teeth. After the dental operation, Nyx experienced pee problems and diarrhoea, but the symptoms improved with the pain medication, which is probably due to the stress caused by the operation. There's nothing special about Nyx right now. Nyx is partially picky with food, but with delicious paste and delicacies he has been well fed. The transport booth does not suit him, but the brush and nail cutting are already reasonable, but they still require training. Car trips have been good. Nyx is looking for a peaceful home where his borders are respected and time and enthusiasm to provide him with sufficient activation and attention.

Energinen ja älykäs Nyx etsii loppuelämän kotia Nyx on noin 4-vuotias alun perin Thaimaasta Suomeen tuotu neitikissa, joka saapui Rekku Rescuelle hänestä riippumattomista syistä. Nyx on luonteeltaan erittäin vokaali, energinen ja älykäs kissa. Hän juttelee mielellään ja tuo mielipiteensä rohkeasti esiin. Nyx kaipaa paljon tekemistä ja aktiivista arkea: hän nauttii erityisesti hiirileluista, jahtausleikeistä ja erilaisista aktivointipeleistä, joita hän on sijaiskodissaan käyttänyt innokkaasti. Pelkkä omatoiminen puuhastelu ei aina riitä, vaan hän tarvitsee myös päivittäistä leikitystä ja ihmisen huomiota. Turhautuessaan tai jos hän ei saa riittävästi aktivointia, Nyx saattaa näykkäistä tai jopa purra. Tästä syystä Nyxille etsitäänkin kotia, jossa ei ole pieniä lapsia. Seurallisuutensa vuoksi Nyx ei ole kissa, joka viihtyy pitkiä aikoja yksin. Työpäivän ajan Nyx pärjää yksin, mutta sen jälkeen hän tarvitsee runsaasti seuraa, rapsutuksia ja yhteistä tekemistä. Ulkoilma kiinnostaa häntä, ja Nyx onkin opetellut sijaiskodissa ulkoilemaan valjaissa ja hihnassa. Nyx on leikattu ja asianmukaisesti rokotettu. Nyxillä on pieni koukku töpöhäntänsä päässä, joka tuntuu silittäessä, mutta ei näy ulospäin eikä haittaa häntä millään tavalla. Sijaiskotijakson aikana Nyxille on tehty pintapuolinen terveystarkastus, hän on käynyt hammaskiven poistossa ja häneltä on poistettu useampi hammas. Hammasongelmien vuoksi Nyxillä on noin vuoden kuluttua edessä uusi hammaskiven poisto ja hammasröntgen. Uuden kodin tulisi varautua säännöllisiin hammashoitoihin myös tulevaisuudessa. Kuljetuskoppa ei ole hänelle mieleinen, mutta harjaus ja kynsien leikkaus sujuvat jo kohtuullisesti, mutta vaativat vielä harjoittelua. Automatkat ovat sujuneet hyvin.
