Someone found PIPA on the street (along with her sister), took her home, tried to rehome her for several months but without success, so she ended up coming to our shelter. She is a curious little one about new things, sweet, adorable with people, and social with other dogs. She will be delivered vaccinated, dewormed, and spayed.
