Personality: Friendly with humans, Saaya enjoys contact but prefers to come on her own rather than be forced. She appreciates gentleness and patience. Very active, she loves to run around in her cage, but her greatest joy is running everywhere and making impressive jumps on the walls of her foster family's home. If the cohabitation with other animals of the same species is very good, it can also be said about her relationships with dogs, cats, and even rabbits present in the same family. Indeed, Saaya has no trace of aggression and knows how to adapt to her environment and the living beings that are there. However, as with any chinchilla, the presence of birds and reptiles should be avoided, as they are a source of stress. Also, chinchillas are social. Type/Race : Chinchilla Âge : née le 06/03/2021 Histoire: Adorable chinchilla qui a connu un bouleversement dans sa vie : elle et ses congénères ont été récupérés par la fourrière suite au décès du propriétaire. Caractère : Sociable avec l’humain, Saaya aime le contact mais préfèrera venir d’elle-même plutôt qu’être brusquée. Elle apprécie la douceur et la patience. Très active, elle adore gambader dans sa cage mais son plus grand plaisir reste de courir partout et de faire des bonds impressionnant sur les murs du logement de sa famille d’accueil. Si la cohabitation avec ses congénères se passe très bien, on peut en dire autant de ses ententes avec les chiens, chats et même lapins présents dans la même famille. En effet, Saaya n’a aucune once d’agressivité et sait s’adapter à son environnement et les êtres vivants qui s’y trouvent. Mais comme pour tout chinchilla, on évitera la présence d’oiseaux et de reptiles, source de stress. Aussi, les chinchillas sont grégaires. Donc, comme ils sont actuellement 3, ils ne seront pas séparables (sauf s’il s’agit d’un seul, pour la première adoption, et uniquement pour rejoindre un autre congénère).
