Sammy was rescued as a puppy from abroad by a family. But soon it became clear that a puppy creates a lot of mess and mischief. The neighbor took care of him for a while but became seriously ill. Now Sammy is with us and wishes for his own dog bed. Sammy needs a lot of time with strangers before he warms up. He is very skeptical of everything and quickly becomes withdrawn. He loves children and grew up with them. However, he finds adults rather grueling at first. With other dogs, he gets along great and they help him to trust. A second dog would be great for Sammy, and most importantly, he needs a lot of stability through clear rules and boundaries. Whoever takes the time to give Sammy the chance to trust will have a loyal, playful, and spirited friend for life.

Sammy wurde von eine Familie als Welpen aus dem Ausland „gerettet“. Doch schnellmstellte man fest das ein Welpen viel Sauerei und Unfug macht. Die Nachbarin kümmerte sich kurzerhand um ihm, wurde aber schwer krank. Jetzt ist Sammy bei uns und wünscht sich sein eigenes Körbchen. Sammy braucht viel Zeit bei Fremden bis er auftaut. Er ist sehr skeptisch allem gegenüber und schnell eingeschüttet. Er liebt Kinder, und ist mit ihnen groß geworden. Erwachsenen findet er jedoch anfangs gruselig. Mit andere hunde kommt er super klar und sie helfen ihm zu vertrauen. Ein Zweithund wäre für Sammy toll, und vor allem braucht er viel Halt durch klar Regeln und Grenzen. Wer sich die Zeit nehmen würde und Sammy die Chance gibt zu vertrauen, hat mit ihm ein loyaler, lustiger und verspielter Freund fürs Leben.
