Can I adopt from SPA Montceau Refuge Jean Roche if I live in another country?
Yes. Cross-border adoption within the EU is straightforward thanks to the EU pet passport system. SPA Montceau Refuge Jean Roche typically handles the vetting, chipping, and passport.
