Meet Alan, a sensitive soul at first who transforms into an enthusiastic, playful lad once he feels comfortable in his surroundings. He loves a good snuggle and will happily curl up close on the sofa for movie nights. Toys are another favourite, and he’s happy to swap them with you, making playtime extra fun. With his goofy personality and bags of enthusiasm, Alan is sure to keep you laughing! Could you be the one to help this lovely lad continue to grow in confidence and thrive? Alan is a cracking lad who needs a little time and space initially to feel comfortable and let his personality shine. He’s looking for an understanding family who can help build his confidence with day-to-day life and provide a calm home environment where he can settle in and flourish. Full of beans once he gets going, Alan would be best suited to living with teenagers. He’ll need a pet-free home while he continues to work on his social skills around other dogs, although with gradual introductions to calm, polite dogs, he may work up to having some walking pals. Support with housetraining and gradually building up time spent alone will also be needed.
