From what we have seen onsite and based on his history of enjoying spending time playing with dogs in his previous home, we feel he has the potential to live with another dog who has a similar personality and love for play as Alfie does. . Family and environment What kind of family am I looking for? Alfie’s previous owner described him as her little shadow and as a sociable boy who enjoys a fuss and gets excited when meeting people. Alfie has never met or lived with children before. We feel that, if Alfie were to live with children in his new home, he would be better suited to older children aged 8 years and over, who can understand that he is an older gentleman who can sometimes feel a little worried about being handled. What type of environment would suit me? It is essential that Alfie has access to a secure, private garden in his new home. About Alfie For Alfie, age is just a number. He is still super spritely and likes a run around, especially if another dog is involved. He is a sweet gentleman with a lot of love to give someone.
