Bella came to us as a confiscated dog after a biting incident. She must pass a behavioral assessment before adoption. She shows herself as a lively, open, and joyful female dog. She craves attention and is a passionate cuddler. Outside, Bella generally walks well but has a strong prey drive and sometimes loses composure with certain stimuli. The same applies to dog encounters - she doesn't want some dogs in her territory and makes this clear loudly. Both issues will need continued training in her new home. Bella's most valuable resources are food and her person, making work on frustration tolerance essential. She enjoys training with humans and responds well to confident, calm leadership. We seek experienced people who can meet her with patience and want shared activities. Bella's dream home is ground-level with a high, escape-proof garden.
