Cowboy is a sweet young man who loves playing with his toys, having cuddles and making new - tolerant - dog friends! Cowboy can be a bit barky and frustrated on lead when seeing dogs, but is good at giving focus when food is on offer. Cowboy enjoys a chew and a chill at the end of a long day of activities. He will cuddle up on the sofa and enjoys a nice fuss! Cowboy, being a lurcher, does have a prey drive and has history of chasing cats and livestock. He is also prone to becoming a bit mouthy when excited, but has built skills to be able to redirect this onto his toys which is a great behaviour that he has learnt! He travels well in the car and is fully house-trained! He is a real staff favourite here with his goofy, loveable ways and he cannot wait to find his forever home! Meet the cutest boy on the block, Cowboy! He is a 2.5-year old Saluki X Shepherd looking for his forever home! Cowboy is an incredibly clever, playful, fun boy who would love an active family that are able to keep him stimulated mentally and physically. Cowboy is so fun to train with, and being mixed with Shepherd types, he would love a family to offer him breed-specific activities to keep him entertained! Cowboy is a super active, bouncy, friendly boy who absolutely loves his sniffy walks and long adventures. He would suit a home that enjoy going on hikes and fun explorations! He is a loving boy, but full of energy - absolutely loving a cuddle and a tug on a toy with his people. Cowboy does settle well in the home, despite his boisterous ways. However, he is capable of jumping 6ft fencing so would need an incredibly secure garden with high fencing to ensure he cannot go for a solo adventure. Cowboy is a confident boy, who loves getting out and about, though he does pull on lead and can be strong. He is incredibly receptive to training and has come such a long way! He would love this to continue in his new home. Cowboy is currently unable to live with other dogs as he can be pushy, however, would benefit from social doggy friends out and about that are of a similar playstyle. He needs a bit of guidance with his manners, but tries to be a friendly boy. Cowboy is the best, most handsomest boy! He'll be the best addition to his new family!
